I SURROUNDED MYSELF WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE.

After spending over 20 years entangled in the grips of alcohol, I finally found sobriety. But the journey wasn’t what I expected; it wasn't the uphill battle I'd feared. I discovered that true freedom didn't come from sheer willpower. It came from having a solid support system, embracing a new mindset, and creating a structured plan that worked for me.. something beyond merely gritting my teeth and holding on.
The realization that sobriety could feel more like peace than a struggle was revolutionary for me. That's why I created SoberWellCo. I want to share the tools, guidance, and gentle encouragement that I wish I’d had during my own journey. Here, sobriety isn't about self-punishment or deprivation, it's about building a life so full and rewarding that alcohol becomes unnecessary.

A Few Things About Me
Wellness is my love language.
I’m all about becoming the best version of myself: body, mind, and soul.
I walk or exercise every single day, meditate, journal, and practice yoga. Feeling good has become my favorite kind of addiction.
I’m a total bookworm.
I read around 20–25 books a year, mostly fiction thrillers (my escape!) with a few self-development books in the mix.
There’s nothing I love more than getting lost in a good story that keeps me up way too late.
Travel feeds my soul.
Just last year, I’ve travelled 15 times; from London and Paris to Venice, Vienna, Califoria, germany, Mexico...
Exploring new places reminds me of how big and beautiful life really is when you’re fully awake for it.
And the funny one…
I’m obsessed with apples. 🍎
I eat 4–5 a day and even pack my apple peeler when I travel because hotels never have one. Before sobriety, I didn’t care about food, just wine. Now, good food feels like joy.

You wouldn’t send a soldier into battle without armor, and you shouldn’t face sobriety without the right tools.
This journey takes strength, strategy, and support, and that’s exactly what these resources were built for.
Don’t leave your success to chance; get equipped, stay grounded, and make your sobriety not just possible, but unshakable. ✨
